Delivery and estimated arrival
Each print is custom-created after your order is placed. Processing and printing takes 2–5 business days.
Standard US shipping takes 3–7 business days after production. International shipping takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees charged by the destination country.
Damaged print replacement
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@otakuframe.store with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns and cancellations
Because prints are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or size changes.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.
