Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All prints are custom created after your order is placed. Standard order processing and printing time takes 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times & Rates:
- Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after production.
- International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details. 

Import Duties & Customs:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by your destination country. Otaku Frame is not responsible for these external charges.
