Refund policy

At Otaku Frame, all of our fine art prints are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or size changes.

Damaged or Defective Orders:
If your art print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@otakuframe.store with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will immediately send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.
